The advisory services to be provided will include expanding Atlas’ presence with the Canadian brokerage and investment community, managing the Atlas shareholder base, organizing management road-show presentations, assisting with the overall strategy for corporate communications, and sourcing financing to fund Atlas’ growth plans.
Colwell is a Calgary-based investor relations firm founded by Mr. Graeme Dick and has represented public and private clients in the biotechnology, technology, resource and industrial sectors for 19 years.
